January Update - 2005-01-11 - 10:49 a.m.

Things are going pretty well these days. Sometimes, I still struggle with food but it's a fight worth fighting and one that I am absolutely winning. The move to London helped me a lot in this regard; it was time to start a new section of my life and there is little better way than through a transatlantic move.
